The extractor looks for standard email address patterns anywhere in pasted text, returns one address per line, and removes repeated matches. It is useful for cleaning contact notes, exported text, copied documents, support logs, and other text you are authorized to process.

Finding a correctly shaped address does not confirm that the mailbox exists or can receive messages. TextWorks does not send a test email, check ownership, or test deliverability.
Check the extracted addresses against the source, especially when the text came from OCR, a scan, or a poorly formatted export. Only contact people when you have an appropriate legal and permission basis.
